- risks in own behaviour of leaders IN THE REGION
- holds discussions and counsels those discussions
- does image building and publishes, if necessary
- holds a mirror towards the behaviour of YOUNG, COMING leaders
- Punish those leaders that are the source of a drive to killings.

an agenda for innovation and the use of management instruments on the extremes

This matter, the five m-instruments, is clear to me, due to my own educational practice, in which I was finally, for 5 years, a teacher in organization and management. I also stress the importance of environmental research and a strength and weakness analyses. Also the importance of two accents: the hard instruments and structures versus a 'we-feel' profile and 'being there' (this brings me then on behaviour of leaders as a core issue here). The changes in business and education pay off in results, new innovations. Now find below my region plan for good governance in the region: feedback from the region, attention for it on higher levels.

WORK IN THE REGIONS WITH YOUNG, COMING LEADERS -
I search actors from 5 parties from a country B, who live in Holland, to form a COUNSEL/group in the Netherlands (this CtE in A for country B), that networks with that region in country B. This is a realistic attempt to realize effective governance in a region, and broaden the support towards the TOP CtE. IT DEVELOPS new grassroots. It brings innovation in terms of fair and effective leadership.Regular change in leadership, because 'organizing' is their problem and er is a RISK in their behaviour.

A CtE per country (country A) selects a region in country B and they together negotiate as parties to start up that project for effective government in a region and work with YOUNG, COMING leaders in the region. They work together on the behaviour of leaders (initiatives for sure and evaluations if required (in cases of threats/ un security of a third ). The leaders in the region do improve the governance; a CtE evaluates their behaviour as to their professionality. We intend a start of the projects, as experienced in the W.W.F. organizational structure and as seen in Economic zones. Such parks or regions we forecast, but now focused on the behaviour of leaders and effective governance. Select always a region outside of the centre of power: another tribe/ group in that region (Groningen and Limburg in the Netherlands as regions serve as our model).

A POSITIVE EFFECT ON GOOD GOVERNANCE OF A NATION-
Quality inspires us all and lets me speak out my wish that the implication of the 5 management instruments will boost to realize that innovation in good governance for many countries, due to more professional and effective government: the core issue is to trigger leaders on their behaviour and help them to change it. Advise: the setup of a Counsel to Evaluate (CtE) which consists of 5 people from 5 continents and selected from the group of 'elders' (old world leaders). In parallel we will see function, per continent, the COUNSEL of Europe (as a model for other continents?). CtE's per country (A for B) will function and bring in delegations their regional grass root support for that wider philosophy. And women must participate in good governance, having a calming effect in conflicts (bringing better balance).

my organization, foundation KOA, just started its NEW, official activities on SECURITY and RISK
as affected by leader behaviour.
... acculturation capability of leaders is the opposite of 'against the other' ... as a behaviour

My 1 DAY courses (WORK) and (LIVE) on your request:
- I do acculturation courses for directors (already 5 years for the University of Leiden)
- I now officially started to offer acculturation courses for young, regional leaders in governance

- I do my part 'the backside of leader behaviour' at the end of meetings .

Do start pilot projects in your groups
- I do take this initiative/ goal for regional groups for cooperation of young, regional leaders. Groups arrange own goals.
- I stimulate and participate to assist the groups to perform evaluations of the extremes in leadership
- a first pilot by the Netherlands (NL)

- the overall organization to be a W.R.F. (Regional leaders), just like W.W.F. ... with headquarter in The Hague
- LOOK FOR A PRESIDENT OF THIS ORGANIZATION in Holland, maybe a prince.
