My 14 rules:

1. teach the reasons of extremes and conflict;... they are a neglect of VALUE
2 . in traditionel cultures men are not liberated in their thinking ..., women even not physically! This is a neglect of VALUE.

3. leaders IST: not liberated . SOLL: perform for your region/ country
4. we do capacity building and advocacy in zones to help educate new, young leaders
5. key new leaders are women with their new, added VALUE to leadership

6. adult is: the individual control of its own situation and of its leader
7. not: 'I cannot exist without my Group, however, how can I deliver to my zone/ region"?

8. ADVOCACY 'how to install/ let function ZONES' is our PROGRAM for new leaders
9. conflict mapping: our focus in advocacy, in special zones/ regions is international work*

10 get insight in extreme behaviours: - modern leaders must learn that, now being young
11 give them a concrete region budget and see what they really can and how they perform
12 give them a basketball field and mix the diversity; - promote sport terms/ a 'we -feeling'

13 debate on living conditions in their zone/ region; new visions and unfreeze positions
14 changes: bring a change and adaptation process of men and their group behaviour.
